The agreement is aimed at establishing a general framework for cooperation in developing and investing in the integrated value chain of agri-nutrients
SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore potential collaboration opportunities with Ma’aden Integrated Fertilizer Company (MIFC), a key unit of Ma’aden.
The non-binding agreement is aimed at establishing a general framework for cooperation in developing and investing in opportunities within the integrated agri-nutrients value chain, including the production and manufacturing of value-added products.
The MoU, which will be valid for the period of three years, is aligned with SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company’s 2040 strategy to expand its global leadership in the nitrogen market.
