Sultan Al-Sahli serves as the General Manager of Olefins Operations at Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (S-Chem). A seasoned professional with 22 years of experience in refining and petrochemicals, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
Sultan began his career with Saudi Aramco as a refinery process engineer, gaining extensive experience across various refinery plants during his 10-year tenure. In 2012, he joined S-Chem, where he has held multiple roles in process engineering and operations, steadily advancing to his current leadership position.
With his deep expertise and strategic vision, Sultan has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and innovation within S-Chem’s Olefins operations. His contributions continue to enhance the company’s performance and strengthen its position in the petrochemical industry.
