Niraj Ambani is Group President of Supply Chain in Reliance Industries Limited for 23+ years. He leads and governs the integrated Supply Chain for the Group. Over the years he set up the Supply Chain for all the Group Businesses in Hydrocarbons, Jio and Retail’s Consumer Business. He has always been the front runner for supply chain design and execution for RIL group companies be it a business and supply chain transformation in all areas of Supply Chain for Reliance.
Being a supply chain enthusiast, he has represented RIL in the Planning Commission-11th Five Year Plan’s Logistics Working Group and has been a former Board Member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
Prior to joining RIL, he was executive director of Tower Capital & Securities Pvt Ltd. for 5 years. He is a Member of the Young President’s Organization and Entrepreneur’s Organization where he has held Leadership Positions, including being on EO Mumbai’s Board currently as Finance Chair. He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance investment from Babson College, Wellesley, USA 1995.
