Hassan Al Ali currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Phosphate Business Unit at Ma’aden. Prior to this, he held the position of Senior Vice President for Phosphate and Industrial Minerals at Ma’aden. Since joining Ma’aden in 2010 as Senior Manager for Strategy Planning and Business Development, Hassan has undertaken several senior roles including Director of Strategy Planning and Business Development, General Manager of Ma’aden Industrial Minerals Company (MIMC), Vice President of Operations at Ma’aden Phosphate Company (MPC), and President of MPC.
Hassan brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the petrochemicals industry, with a specialized focus on project management, plant operations and business planning and development. His career commenced at Tabuk Cement Company in 1993 as a project engineer. In 1994, he joined the Arabian Industrial Fibers Company, where he held various roles in commissioning, production and business planning. In 2007, he transitioned to SABIC as the Business Manager for the Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Polymer SBU.
Hassan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production) from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
