Bader Al Mansoori serves as the Plants Operation Manager at Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC), overseeing the complex’s plant operations and management. A Mechanical Engineering graduate of 1996, Bader has dedicated over 27 years to professional growth and innovation across various roles at GPIC. His career trajectory includes positions such as Mechanical Supervisor, Senior Planning Engineer, Planning Superintendent, Maintenance Manager, and Technical Services Manager, culminating in his current leadership role. He also holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Bahrain.
Bader is recognized for his leadership and expertise in plant maintenance, technical services, and operations, frequently speaking at national and international forums to share GPIC’s pioneering practices. His contributions have earned him accolades for sound decision-making and management.
In addition to his professional achievements, Bader actively participates on several academic and professional advisory boards, including the University of Bahrain Industrial Advisory Committee, Saudi Basic Industries Company’s Maintenance Network Committee, GPA GCC Chapter Executive Committee, Society of Engineers (Bahrain), and the Council of Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP).
