Salam Awawdeh is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture and a member of the firm's Global Leadership Council, where he advises leading energy, chemicals, and industrial organizations on AI-enabled transformation, digital reinvention, and enterprise-scale innovation. Over a career spanning more than 25 years across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, he has led some of the world's most complex business and technology transformations for organizations including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Suncor, HP, and major government institutions.

A recognized thought leader on the convergence of artificial intelligence, advanced computing, and industrial transformation, Salam has authored perspectives on how AI is reshaping the future competitiveness of the chemicals industry and regularly speaks at global industry forums. His work focuses on translating breakthrough technologies into measurable business value—accelerating discovery, improving operational performance, and enabling sustainable growth. He also serves as an adviser to the World Green Economy Organization (WGEO) and as an expert adviser to the World Bank's Benchmarking Group.
