Azzam leads SABIC’s Global Learning and SABIC Academy, driving enterprise-wide leadership capability, workforce upskilling, and learning transformation across the organization. Previously, he served as Executive Director of the Digital Transformation Office, spearheading corporate digital strategy, technology exploration, portfolio governance, and change management.

With 20 years of experience across learning and development, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT leadership, Azzam brings a strategic approach to aligning human capital with business growth. He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM).
