Dr. Apostolos Krallis

Dr. Apostolos Krallis is the Vice President of the Borouge Innovation Center, where he leads the company’s efforts in developing sustainable and differentiated polyolefin solutions. With a strong background in material science and engineering, he brings extensive experience in research and development, driving sustainable growth and product innovation. Under his leadership, the Innovation Center continues to deliver impactful solutions in various industries like Energy, Infrastructure, Agriculture, Mobility and Consumer Goods, reinforcing Borouge’s commitment to sustainability and innovation excellence.

Before Borouge, he was having different roles at Borealis Innovation and Technology, related to the development of its proprietary catalyst and polymerisation technologies, leading R&D teams in Finland and Austria.

Dr. Krallis holds a Master of Business Administration in Industrial Organisations degree and a PhD in Polymer Reaction Engineering and he is currently based at the Borouge Innovation Centre in Abu Dhabi.
