ICCA and the World Plastics Council (WPC) have formalized the integration of WPC within ICCA’s structure. ICCA described the step as a reflection of their “shared industry commitment to ensure strong global industry coordination and a coherent approach to plastics policy within the broader chemicals agenda.”

WPC confirmed that the integration ensures continuity of its existing work, priorities and engagement, while aligning with ICCA’s global policy and advocacy activities. Furthermore, it assured that all ongoing initiatives, partnerships and engagement channels will continue within the new structure.
