The GPCA Youth Council continues to play a central role in developing young professionals across the chemical and petrochemical industry in the GCC, fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and leadership development across the sector.

The GPCA Youth Council is embarking on a new term, building on its strong foundations laid in previous years and reinforcing its role as a platform for youth engagement, dialogue, and industry collaboration. Aseel Al Masoudi was  appointed as Chair and Abdulaziz Al Otaibi as Vice-Chair, joined by a new cohort comprising Abdullah Al Baze, Jowaher Khaleel Al-Shiba, Musaab Al Messabi, Hiba Khaled Al Henaki, Sarah Hesham Al Mazyad, Mahra Al Qubaisi, Safwan H. Ashkan, Mohammed Khalid Al-Boainain, Dawood Khalid M. Haji, Mohammad Al Shirazi, Bader Al Faryyan, Hanan Al Daghither, and Sultan Abdullah Rabah. Together, they will help shape the Council’s next chapter, further strengthening its contribution to industry engagement and supporting a more innovative and sustainable future for the chemical sector.

This new chapter builds on the work of the outgoing GPCA Youth Council, whose term was marked by meaningful contribution to industry dialogue and collaboration.

Led by Mohammed Al Akil (former Chair) and Lama Al Otaibi (former Vice-Chair), the Council advanced initiatives that helped strengthen the role of young professionals within the industry. These efforts were further supported by Dalal Al Hooli (Co-Chair, Sustainability Sub council), Anwar Al-Awadhi (Co-Chair, Leaders of Tomorrow Sub council), Rahaf Al-Sulami (Co-Chair, Leaders of Tomorrow Subcouncil), Abdulaziz Al-Fryyan (Co-Chair, Capability Building Sub council), Moutaz Saad Al-Qarni (Co-Chair, GPCA Youth Forum Taskforce), Zeaid Al Jassir, alongside Mohammed Al-Hajri, Yasser Aljohani, and Noor N. Al-Saadi.

GPCA takes this opportunity to welcome new Youth Council members and thank outgoing members for their valuable contributions over the years.
