GPCA has revealed the shortlisted companies for the second edition of its Startup Nexus program, set to take place during the 19th Annual GPCA Forum.

The initiative offers emerging startups a unique platform to showcase cutting-edge technologies to a global and regional audience of investors, industry leaders, and decision-makers. Ten promising startups focused on advancing the circular economy and climate action will present their solutions in dynamic, Shark Tank-style sessions, followed by audience Q&A. These presentations aim to spark collaboration, attract investment, and accelerate innovation across the chemical sector.

Startups less than seven years old with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) above 4 were eligible to apply in two categories: circular economy and climate action. An expert panel has shortlisted the top five companies in each category. In addition, eight early-stage startups, either not yet established or with technologies below TRL 4, will have the chance to deliver elevator pitches, connect with potential investors, and build brand visibility.

By fostering dialogue between innovators and established players, GPCA aims to create a vibrant ecosystem that drives sustainable solutions and investment opportunities across the region.
