Held from 8–11 December at Exhibition World Bahrain alongside the 19th Annual GPCA Forum, the 4th edition of the GPCA Youth Forum will empower the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of chemicals.

Taking place under the theme “Stronger Together: Driving the Future of Chemicals through Youth”, the Youth Forum will bring together over 450 university students and young professionals from across the Arabian Gulf, creating a unique space where experience meets ambition.

Led by the GPCA Youth Council, comprised of 35 working professionals from the chemical industry in the Arabian Gulf, the forum is designed to bridge the gap between industry leaders and the next generation of talent. With access to 30 dedicated mentors, 20 influential speakers, and a suite of interactive experiences, attendees will be immersed in a journey of learning, connection, and inspiration.

Key forum highlights:

  • Youth Majlis: A space for open dialogue and visionary thinking.
  • Youth Speak: Where young voices take the stage to share ideas and ignite change.
  • Speed Mentorship: Rapid-fire wisdom from industry leaders.
  • Career Lab: Practical insights into building a future in chemicals.
  • Youth Debate: Thought-provoking discussions on the industry’s most pressing challenges.

At the heart of the forum lies the Youth Zone, curated by youth, for youth. Here, participants will engage in skill-building sessions, networking opportunities, and hands-on experiences that prepare them to lead with confidence and creativity. By attending the GPCA Youth Forum, delegates will join a community of young leaders and help shape the chemical industry’s future.
