The report’s output is a practical playbook: clear technology and policy pathways, prioritization tools, and investment and governance enablers that translate global standards into GCC realities. Its contribution is to move leaders from awareness to action, providing a common fact base, decision frameworks, and directions for projects and partnerships, so executives, policymakers, and sustainability teams can align strategy, capital, and capabilities around credible, cost-effective emissions reduction.
