The GPCA Youth Council serves as a pivotal platform for young professionals within GPCA member companies, offering more than just networking opportunities. It provides a dynamic space for meaningful discussions about the future trajectory of the Chemical Industry, where the youth collectively envision its growth and evolution in the years ahead. Established with the goal of fostering a community for young professionals, the GPCA Youth Council is dedicated to facilitating learning, growth, connection, and knowledge-sharing. The members of this council are committed to actively contributing to the sustainable development of the industry and empowering the youth of tomorrow to shape a brighter and more sustainable future.
Since its inception, the GPCA Youth Council has undertaken several initiatives that have significantly contributed to its collective vision. These include organizing the Carbon Neutrality Cup Competition, hosting two GPCA Youth Forums, conducting three Leaders of Tomorrow Programs, organizing two skill development workshops, signing MoUs with two leading universities, publishing four thought-provoking articles, and sharing six engaging podcasts.
